I am a Registered Psychologist in Airdrie Alberta, and also proud to call Airdrie home. I completed my Masters of Counselling degree in 2008 and started a private practice in Airdrie in 2010, to provide personalized, specialized support for individuals and families with a variety of issues. I treat people with respect and dignity, and value their uniqueness. I offer compassion, hope, and encourage people to create meaningful changes in their lives. It is a privilege to be part of their journey forward.
I have specialized training and expertise in the areas of child psychology, play therapy, and trauma. I have significant experience working with children and their families regarding treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, developmental issues, separation/divorce, behavioral issues and emotion regulation using play-based and expressive interventions. In helping adults, I have specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), trauma (Prolonged Exposure Therapy), and Solution Focused Therapy.

Makena - Registered Provisional Psychologist
Makena Hind is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She offers psychological counselling for adults, children, teens, and families at a rate of $200 per session. Her fees are covered under most insurance plans. She helps people with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, and parenting.

Neha – Registered Provisional Psychologist
Neha is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
Neha has earned a Master of Counselling Degree from City University and has previously completed a bachelor’s and a Master’s in Psychology from India.
In addition, she holds a Post Graduate Diploma certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences from Toronto.
With her background in working with children and their families, she currently works with Children, adolescents, and Adults. She has extensive training in using CBT for Anxiety and Depression. Her area of expertise includes, but is not limited to, working on emotional regulation, self-esteem, school-related stress, family transitions, social difficulties, Autism, anxiety and Depression.
In addition to English, she speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Jean-Phylippe - Registered Provisional Psychologist
Jean-Phylippe is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists who recently completed a master’s in clinical psychology at the University of Ottawa.
Jean-Phylippe offers individual therapy in both French and English to children and teenagers, and he provides parenting support to families who may benefit from learning new strategies.
In addition to providing an integrative approach in therapy, Jean-Phylippe has extensive experience conducting psychoeducational assessments with children and teenagers with a variety of presenting challenges: learning difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, mood and other child-related difficulties.
